How do Acru Max trip-planning credits work?
Acru Max includes one credit each billing month. Up to two unused credits carry into the next billing period. Annual billing adds two bonus credits immediately, allows credits to accumulate during the paid year, and carries up to two unused credits into a renewed annual term.
What does Acru need to research my trip?
Acru needs your trip type, travelers, origin and destination airports, dates and flexibility, cabin preference, routing constraints, and the points you can use. Nearby airports and flexible dates can create more realistic options, especially for multiple travelers or peak travel periods.
What happens if award availability disappears?
Award space can change quickly. Each plan includes one revision for a disappearing option or a changed date; Acru cannot guarantee that an airline will continue to offer a seat.
